Class Fee: $200.00 per session if paid by check, cash, or money order.
Class Fee: $208.00 per session if paid by charge card.
To Register: You can register for this class by one of the following methods. Please make sure registration and funds are received before or the day of the class.
1. Fill out the class form and send it in with your check for $200.00 for the first session. Click here to down load a word document.
2. E-mail me with the class you would like to sign up for and include your contact information and how you would like to pay.
3. Use the "Pay Now" button below to pay by visa through our paypal system. Your account will be charged $208.00.
